mcsports.live (the “Site”) is a free sports portal that aggregates publicly available live streams, news, scores and highlights from third-party providers. By accessing or using the Site you agree to these Terms & Policies. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The Site is supported by advertising delivered through third-party ad networks (including but not limited to Monetag and its partners). To keep the Site free we may display banner ads, in-page push ads, interstitials and pop-under windows.

• New tabs / pop-ups. When you click anywhere on the page an ad may open in a new tab or window. This is normal. Simply close that new tab and return to mcsports.live — your stream or page will still be running here.
• We do not control the content, products or websites shown by these advertisers and we do not endorse them.
• Never enter passwords, payment details or personal information on a page that opens from one of our ads unless you independently trust that website.
• If an ad looks malicious, misleading or adult in a way that violates our rules, please report it (see Contact below) and we will work with the network to block it.

You are free to use an ad blocker. Note that the Site is operated at our own cost and ad revenue is what keeps streams, news and highlights free for everyone. If you enjoy the Site, please consider whitelisting us.

mcsports.live does not host, upload, record, store, transmit or rebroadcast any video stream. All streams, highlights, news articles and scores are embedded from or linked to third-party platforms that are responsible for their own content and licensing.

If you are a rights holder and believe content embedded on the Site infringes your rights, please send a takedown notice (see DMCA below) and we will remove the embed promptly.

• Do not attempt to attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Site.
• Do not use the Site to distribute malware, spam or illegal content.
• Do not bypass geo-restrictions or licensing of third-party providers.
• You must be of legal age in your country to view sports content and accept these terms.

We store minimal information needed to operate the Site: anonymous session IDs for live-viewer counts, basic request metadata (IP address, user-agent) for security and abuse prevention, and preferences such as your maintenance/ads settings. We do not sell personal data.

Our advertising partners (e.g. Monetag) may set their own cookies or device identifiers to serve and measure ads. Please review their privacy policies on their websites.

We use cookies and browser storage to remember whether you have already seen the ads notice, your admin/maintenance preferences and your session for live-viewer counts. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that streams will be uninterrupted, accurate, lawful in your jurisdiction, or free of errors. You use the Site at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, mcsports.live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or any third-party content reached through the Site.

We respect intellectual property rights. To submit a DMCA takedown notice, email us with: (a) identification of the copyrighted work, (b) the URL on mcsports.live where the embed appears, (c) your contact information, (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorised, and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.

We may update these Terms & Policies at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
